An Hungarian Summer was voted best composition in the biennial DMP composition competition for Belgian composers. The piano work is a musical memory the composer made with friends trough Hungary. The listener is taken on a moving musical journey that consists of a great enchanting span built a central theme. The music is romantic, lyrical and also virtuosic with interfaces with the most important Hungarian composers: Liszt, Bartók and Ligeti.
